LET’S HAVE A REVOLUTION
I must be in light forever
Night is where I don’t exist
When morning comes my heart is full of joy
Other people are working late shifts
Planning trips and building ships
We are children who will carry on for eternity
We are sleeping on an unmade bed
Dust gathers around our head
And we are playing in the month of May
Soon June will be coming our way
When night has gone cockroach wakes us
Maybe we should clean up this room
And it is time we had a little revolution now
We tried to find a way of living
On earth without hurting anyone
When the waters rise we might be going home at last
We are sleeping on an unmade bed

Or maybe tomorrow
Or rather the day after tomorrow
